Specifications:
Universal surface mounted rack and pinion door closer with a guide rail for doors up to 1400mm, with adjustable closing force, optical strength indicator, back check, latch action. All valve adjustments on the front of the mechanism. Can be used for right and left hand doors in figure 1, 61 & 66 applications. Comes boxed complete with instructions, fixing template, brackets and all fixing screws.

The Geze TS5000E is a hold-open door closer that can be used on fire doors to hold the door open until activation of the fire alarm closes the door, maintaining the building fire protection. The Geze TS 5000E is ideal for corridor fire doors and high people-traffic areas where a door is a barrier to free movement.

Electrical installation
The GEZE TS5000E must be connected to a 24 V DC direct voltage supply to allow the door to be held open.

Function
Voltage applied to E-guide rail = door held open.
No voltage applied or switched off door not held open and closes automatically.
The door can be closed manually at any time regardless of whether or not voltage is being applied.

Connection
The power supply cable (max. cross section 0,8 mm) from the fire detector control unit (24 V DC) is connected to the connection clamp of the guide rail. Flush-mounted power supply cable.

TS5000L for fitting to the opposite hinge side of the door
(The hinge side is the side of the door where the knuckle of the hinge can be seen when the door is closed)
