Ten year guarantee
   
To support the high quality and first class engineering that has gone into the chrome door handles, the manufacturer gives a 5 Year guarantee (subject to conditions) against defects due to faulty manufacturing, workmanship or defective material in a domestic enviroment. The manufacturer agrees to replace any defective product free of charge provided the product has been fitted in accordance with the fitting instructions and maintained correctly.
     

Conditions of guarantee

Maintenance
It is important that all lever handles are inspected and maintained properly to ensure safety is maintained. Once the device is fitted regular maintenance is recommended.

Monthly:

  • Any fixings that have worked loose should be re-secured
  • Ensure there are no obstructions which prevent the unit from functioning correctly


Fixing / Installation
Provided the instructions are followed and the units are fitted by a competent person, these lever handles will offer a high degree of safety and security in a domestic situation only.

Terms:

These warranties are offered in addition to any statutory Legal rights for the sale of goods.

Doorstuff will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the sale or use of our products. We assume no liability for any labour charges regarding the removal or reinstallation of the products; nor will we cover any carriage costs. Our only obligation will be to replace the defective products upon presentation of proof of purchase dated within the warranty periods stated.

Due to a continuous programme of development, Doorstuff Limited reserves the right to make alterations without notice. For technical reasons connected with colour reproduction the colours shown may vary slightly from those of the product.
