I placed my order(Rollan 40) on 3rd August 2010 but as it was a 4M track it had to come from the manufacturer. It arrived 11 days later. I then had to order the mounting brackets which I placed the next day. (17th) They arrived at the weekend but were incorrect. I spoke to doorstuff the following Monday and the correct ones were despatcted and arrived the very next day. Despite the glitch, the track does exactly what I wanted it to do and the staff were apologetic and helpful.
2nd order I have placed with this company and each time the goods arrived the next day,as it was their 1st day in new premises you might have thought it would disrupt service, not in the least. Excellent service..... Ted.
I am a new customer to Doorstuff and I can honestly say that the service from start to finish was excellent. It was like going into the shop in person and buying something off the shelf, but I did this all from my chair sitting in front of my PC.
