Using Foldaside 100 track where all 4 doors fold to 1 side, what keeps the doors flat in the closed position, do they “snap” closed with springs on the hangers in the track or do they have to be bolted to the floor?

Q: Keeping a mortice deadlock on a fire exit door fitted with panic hardware?

…I wish to keep a mortice deadlock for added overnight security, is this possible? A: You would need to pass this with your local fire officer who will decide based on the usage of the building.
