We have an Exidor 500 series panic hardware with a red oval door bar we need replacing as the bar lever that attaches to the lock has snapped, is this spare part available?

If the lever of the locking unit has broken, then the whole thing can be replaced for the price of the locking unit component.  (If it’s the slave unit, then contact us and we can quote you for a replacement part.)  The prices for coloured Exidor products (e.g. ruby red) are on each product page.  It is possible that the one you’re after is the 501-B single point push bar.
