Q: The bottom track of my mirror wardrobe doors has recently snapped and I am try to locate a replacement. There are no manufacture’s markings. Would your BK4 product (lower track) provide the answer? My doors have metal grooved rollers that run on plastic/nylon track. Does your BK4 track come in sections longer than 2m, ie. 3.6m and would it roll up for easy postage?
A: Our BK4 track is only designed to bear up to 7kg in weight, or up to 12kg with nylon wheels. I think your mirrored glass doors will be substantially heavier than this. It only comes in 2m lengths, which could be joined carefully, and is delivered in a long tube. The Jason sliding doors gear only takes up to 25kg in weight, so it will probably not be strong enough either.
