We have a position in Newton Abbot, Devon for Technical Sales & Customer Service within this long established, family run company covering a combination of traditional architectural ironmongery services, internet and trade counter sales.  We are looking for a confident, dynamic and customer focused individual to deliver exceptional service to our valued customers across the UK.  The role will involve regular contact with customers over the phone, ensuring that sales opportunities are generated and delivered.  Emphasis is placed on fostering excellent customer relationships, so effective communication skills are very important.  A working knowledge of Sage Line 50 & e-commerce, including eBay & Amazon processes, would be highly advantageous.  The successful candidate will have undertaken the first year Diploma Guild of AI, or have technical experience to that level.
