Q: (from Costa) I have a door fitted with a Geze TS4000E door closer and I dont know how to perform the final slam adjustment. The door is shutting perfectly until the last 10 degrees or so when it just lets go and slams LOUD! I have turned down the closing force and increased the resistance but as soon as it gets to that crucial 10 degree point it just lets go. PLEASE HELP!
A: The latching adjustment (last 10° of the close) for a Geze TS4000E is set by changing the position of the arm, refer to the fitting instruction.
