I am looking for floor gliders for double sliding wooden doors. We are replacing the old doors and have the track but are missing the gliders.

It is likely that the gliders we supply will be different to those on your existing doors.  The only ones we do similar to your description are the white plastic slides which are used with the BK2 and BK4 bottom guide kits, and they can be bought in pairs for £1.25 per pair (+ postage & VAT) if they look like your old ones.  You can see them pictured here:-

Do your BK bottom door tracks get fixed flush with floor level so that the closed doors can be draught free and there is nothing sticking up from the floor to trip over?

Although it is not designed this way, the BK4 surface mounted floor guide could be recessed into a groove on your floor.

A curved floor guide for curved sliding doors?

Q: (from Clare) The company I work for recently installed two semi-circular “pods” or freestanding meeting rooms. The doors are sliding and are held onto the frame by the top track, but when you open and close them there is some sideways movement which makes them feel unstable.  I was therefore wondering whether the BK2 mortice bottom track listed on your site can be bent into a reasonably shallow curve and still function as a floor guide, or whether it has to be kept straight to work?  Alternatively if you have any other products that you think might meet our requirements I would be very keen to know about these.
A: (from Doorstuff) Yes, the BK2 Mortice bottom track & sliders can be used to guide a curved sliding door, a good idea in fact!

The bottom track of my mirror wardrobe doors has recently snapped and I am try to locate a replacement. There are no manufacture’s markings. Would your BK4 product (lower track) provide the answer? My doors have metal grooved rollers that run on plastic/nylon track. Does your BK4 track come in sections longer than 2m, ie. 3.6m and would it roll up for easy postage?

Our BK4 track is only designed to bear up to 7kg in weight, or up to 12kg with nylon wheels.  I think your mirrored glass doors will be substantially heavier than this.  It only comes in 2m lengths, which could be joined carefully, and is delivered in a long tube.  The Jason sliding doors gear only takes up to 25kg in weight, so it will probably not be strong enough either.
