Q: Keeping a mortice deadlock on a fire exit door fitted with panic hardware?

...I wish to keep a mortice deadlock for added overnight security, is this possible? A: You would need to pass this with your local fire officer who will decide based on the usage of the building.

Q: Do you stock Royde & Tucker H105 lift off hinges?

A: Yes, we stock them in Bright Zinc finish, both left and right hand.  The Royde & Tucker H105 lift off hinges are handed so we need to know whether it's Left or Right hand, and which finish you prefer - there's Satin zinc, Electro-brass, RAL colours, Simulated brushed stainless, Brushed stainless and Polished stainless?  The delivery lead time for for finishes other than Bright Zinc is typically around 3 - 4 days.

Using Foldaside 100 track where all 4 doors fold to 1 side, what keeps the doors flat in the closed position, do they "snap" closed with springs on the hangers in the track or do they have to be bolted to the floor?

The Foldaside 100 kits are supplied with flush bolts to keep the doors in place when open flat.  The 4 door kit comes with 2 flush bolts which would be positioned at the top of the doors, possibly the end of leaf 1 & 3 (or 2 & 4) and either bolted into the track, or aside the track depending on your door thickness etc.
