Specifications: The mortice bottom track is designed to be inset into the floor. The sliders are attached to the door and run on the track. The sliders and track are designed to support the bottom of the door from sidewards movement, whilst the weight of the door is taken by the top track. Standard kit includes one 2m track and a pair of sliders. For longer runs or more doors just order additional components as below.

Fitting:

			The track and slider are fitted to the bottom of the door, see illustration. The track is morticed into the floor or timber threshold strip leaving just 7mm protruding. The slider can be mounted directly on to the bottom of the door (Fig. 2) or for a flush finish, morticed into the door (Fig. 1) thus totally concealing the track and slider.

Specifications: The mortice bottom track is designed to be glued or screwed to the floor. The sliders are attached to the door and run on the track. The sliders and track are designed to support the bottom of the door from sidewards movement, whilst the weight of the door is taken by the top track. Standard kit includes one 2m track and a pair of sliders. For longer runs or more doors just order additional components as below.

Fitting:


The track is surface fixed to the floor or timber threshold strip with glue or screws. The slider can be mounted directly on to the bottom of the door (Fig. 4) or for a flush finish, morticed into the door (Fig. 3) thus totally concealing the track and slider. Alternatively the track can be mounted in a groove (Fig. 5) thus having a totally flat threshold.
