& Conditions
Please read these product terms and conditions carefully
as they set out the terms under which the Doorstuff Ltd makes the products
available to you ("Product Terms").
Prices
The prices payable for the items that you
order are clearly set out in the web site. All prices are expressed exclusive
of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated.
Availability
If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable
to supply a particular item, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Acceptance
There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless
and until we actually dispatch the goods to you. At any point up until then,
we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason. At
the moment that the goods are dispatched (and not before), a contract will
be made between you and us.
Delivery
Delivery
will be made to the address specified by you. You should check the order
details on the email confirmations and advise immediately of any changes.
Please note that we can only deliver products within mainland and offshore
UK. All deliveries will be made to you by courier. We do our best to secure
delivery within the period quoted but shall not be liable for loss occasioned
by delay in delivery or arising out of any cause beyond our control.
* Last Xmas Order
Dates...
Make sure you order by our recommended last order
dates to avoid disappointment and ensure that you receive your goods in
good time before our Christmas shutdown. Our Last Courier Dispatch date
for accepted orders is the 22nd December
2pm (Recommended date 21st by 2pm) Last Royal Mail dispatch date is the
22nd December 2pm (Recommended date 16th December by 2pm) These dates are
for the UK Mainland orders only where items are in stock. Please order by
the 12th of December 2pm to avoid disappointment if you need delivery outside
this location. Although our couriers have an excellent success rate, during
Christmas we advise all our customers not to leave orders till the last
moment to avoid disappointment.
No quibble money back guarantee
We are so confident of the quality of our products that if any
item does not meet your expectations you may return it for whatever reason
within 7 days, no quibble! All we ask is that returns arrive in unused,
perfect condition, with the original packaging still intact. Customers must
obtain proof of return from their carrier. Any returns after 7 days are
at our discretion and a 15% restocking fee will be charged. No returns will
be accepted after 90 days. Customers must meet the cost of return carriage
on correctly supplied goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty Goods
All Doorstuff products are rigorously quality checked before dispatch
but in the unlikely event that you experience any problems or your product
is faulty please e-mail us at support@doorstuff.co.uk or call our customer
service team on 01803 844855. We will promptly deal with your queries and
if necessary arrange for a replacement to be sent without delay. This does
not affect your statutory rights.
Payment
You can pay on-line with all major credit and debit cards. Your
payment card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised
access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of
order. You will be charged for items at the point of order. Our liability
to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged
for the relevant items.
General
These Product Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only
by the English courts. If any of these Product Terms is held by any court
of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole
or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Product Terms
which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted
by law.
Privacy

We
are committed to protecting your privacy.
We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in
accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about
you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide
you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future
unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse
any marketing email from us in the future. The type of information we will
collect about you includes:
your name
address
phone number
email address
credit/debit card details
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit
consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can
check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find
any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information
which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security
policy and the law. If we intend to transfer your information outside the
EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first. We
may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our
site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored
on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening.
The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless
you modify your browser settings.
