I’m looking for a door closer for the front door of my little shop. I think something like the Geze TS1500 will be suitable. The thing that’s worrying me is that the door is directly under a thick lintel. There’s only 30mm from the top of the door to the underside of the lintel. Is this enough space to fit a TS1500?

My question relates to the Hideaway pocket door system; is it possible to retro fit the system to a wall which is already completed or can it only be fitted to a frame specially built to suit the system?

As long as this is a single action door, the only option for this door is a floor spring door closer. Read about them here, or get in touch for more information.
