Do your BK bottom door tracks get fixed flush with floor level so that the closed doors can be draught free and there is nothing sticking up from the floor to trip over?
Although it is not designed this way, the BK4 surface mounted floor guide could be recessed into a groove on your floor.

I have a hotel fire door which opens 180° and obviously needs a door closer. What product can I use?
The Geze TS2000 door closer will do that, as will the Geze TS4000, we suggest you decide between them by the usual criteria (width of door, frequency of use, ease of power adjustment, your budget, etc)

I own a pub and would like 4 door closers. Would we be okay with the light commercial closers? Do they have a suggested number of openings and closings over their lifetime?
We would suggest either a Eurospec T2024 door closer or the Geze TS1500 which is tested to half a million cycles. The Eurospec door closer will be more suitable for narrow doors (700-800mm aprox.), as you can set them to … Continue reading

I have inherited a small terrace house and want to get maximum space, therefore i have 4 entrances to make into sliding doors. Is your system okay for this use and do they come with pelmets to hide the top of the door runners?
The Rollan 40 sliding door gear would be ideal for your doors, as long as they are under 40kgs in weight. (Otherwise go up to Rollan 80.) There is no pelmet system which is designed for use with the Rollans, … Continue reading

Looking for a light weight indoor door closer.
For an economical domestic door closer, we would recommend a Eurospec F2003 or Eurospec T2024 which has the advantage of being able to be set at power size 2, which is better for lighter, narrower doors.

Q: Do you only do silver flush pull handles for pocket doors as I’m looking for brass or gold fittings?
A: We stock the rectangular flush pull handles in polished brass finish, priced the same as the stainless steel ones pictured here.
