A thriving family business established in 2006, we unite more than 60 years' cumulative experience in the door hardware industry with personal attention to the individual needs of each customer.

We are based in Devon and expanding our online enterprise with a growing circle of contented customers from businesses to private individuals. Each product we sell comes with Ian's personal recommendation – he has tested the design and is sure it will do the best possible job. His expertise, built up over a lifetime of interest and experience, means you benefit from as much (or as little!) advice as you want.

Value for money is crucial, of course. For every product we set a highly competitive price – keeping our prices keen is an ongoing task. But on this website you won't find anything cheaply-made, because we refuse to stock that kind of stuff just to undercut competitors. Quality is our priority.

Spare parts. Whatever you buy from us, you will almost always be able to replace it later or buy an extra component.

Speedy service. Our aim is to have everything in stock except customised items. This way, we can usually dispatch or put into production all orders the day they are received.
