Specifications: A fingershield is a simple device that completely covers the gap created by the hinges between the door and the frame when it is in the open position. It eliminates the chance of painful finger trapping accidents which frequently occur with young children. This unit is initially fitted with adhesive tape and then further strengthed with screws (supplied in the kit). We have found this particular make very hard wearing over years of supplying them to schools, hospitals, nurseries and children's centres.
