I own a pub and would like 4 door closers. Would we be okay with the light commercial closers? Do they have a suggested number of openings and closings over their lifetime?

We would suggest either a Eurospec T2024 door closer or the Geze TS1500 which is tested to half a million cycles.  The Eurospec door closer will be more suitable for narrow doors (700-800mm aprox.), as you can set them to the lower power size 2, but both closers will cope with up to 1100mm wide fire doors.  You can see links to those items in the text.   You should expect a good life expectancy from both these door closers.
