Q: Please can you confirm if you have any sliding door kits that are suitable for a kitchen. In particular I am concerned that a kitchen door is normally a fire door. Do sliding doors meet the safety/building requirements for use as a kitchen door and if so which kit should I use?

A: The only fire rated sliding door gear we can offer is the iMpero pocket door fire door kit.  A “normal” (i.e. non-pocket) sliding door could not ever meet fire regulations because of the inevitable air spaces between the wall and the door.
